Each operator connects their own Outlook. Mail leaves their mailbox, lands in their Sent Items — desktop bridge or Microsoft Graph.
History is checked per record (email + Master ID + CIF). First contact gets the original; follow-ups get the bank's reminder — capped, spaced, duplicate-proof.
Upload once per bank or per template. The right letter rides along automatically; reminders can re-attach it by rule.
Live dashboard, per-user counters, searchable history by CIF, Master ID, bank and date — exportable to CSV, with a full activity log.
The Keryx console runs on the office workstation (it dispatches through that machine's Outlook, by design).
